Khalifa University is delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Ernesto Damiani as the Director of the Khalifa University Information Security Centre recently established under the Senior Vice President of Research and Graduate Studies. 

In this role, Prof. Ernesto Damiani will provide leadership and strategic direction for this newly established university-level center that is aligned with Abu Dhabi 2030 vision and the University’s research strategic priorities. The Centre is aimed at establishing and developing a center of excellence for teaching and research into a wide range of topics related to information security within the United Arab Emirates and beyond. In addition to undertaking innovative and challenging research, the Center will also concentrate on developing a knowledge and skill resource to support local government and industry requirements.
