Nicola Bena is a is a PhD student in Computer Science at Università degli Studi di Milano, where he also received his BSc and MSc in cybersecurity. His research interests are in the area of distributed systems security. In particular, he works in the field of security assurance, focusing on certification, risk management, and machine learning security in new-generation distributed systems, at the crossroad of cloud, edge, IoT and ML. He participates in the projects CONCORDIA, IMPETUS, and PALM.
